SUMMARY

The Dishwasher washes kitchen dishes and assists Barback with glassware. They assist throughout the Beer Hall bussing and cleaning during peak times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash, clean and put away all dishes

Change and take out garbage and recycling

Assist prep cook when needed

Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, floors, and equipment

Assist BOH lead as instructed

Clean and maintain employee bathrooms

Bus tables and clean surfaces

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work as a team

Ability to multitask and stay calm under high pressure situations

Ability to work at a fast pace

Ability to continuously lift 40 lbs

Must be able to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
