Job Summary
Copper Kitchens are fast-paced, high energy environments full of people with a passion for food and culinary arts. Our Dishwashers are an entry-level position to learn to prepare ingredients for dishes that wow our guests and exceed expectations
Responsibilities
Punctual and able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as asked.
Willingness to participate as part of a team with enthusiasm and respect.
Cleaning and Sanitization of cooking and serving materials that are to Back of House Management Team’s standards and direction.
Clear understanding and adherence to safety and sanitization guidelines and procedures.
Detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and always punctual for scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
Physically able to work standing for long periods of time (6+ hours).
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
