    Job Description:

    Responsible for washing and sanitizing all cooking pots and pans, utensils, dishes, silverware and other service items.

    In charge of the dish area and making sure it remains clean, well-organized, and compliant with work safety regulations.

    Responsible for cleaning floors and emptying the trash.

    Must understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.

    Must be able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.

    Must be able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift

    Must be able to communicate with employees’ and guests’ in a loud environment.

    Must be able to tolerate exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals several times throughout the shift.
