Dishwasher

Position Summary:
As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a key role in the culinary operation by ensuring that all kitchenware, service items, and cooking equipment are clean and sanitized. In our fast-paced casino resort environment, efficiency, cleanliness, and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial dishwashing machines to clean plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools

• Manually scrub pots, pans, and heavily soiled items

• Organize and restock clean dish ware and supplies in designated areas

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, and trash receptacles

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper chemical handling

• Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning and light prep tasks when needed

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Team player with a positive, dependable attitude

• Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required
