Job Summary: We are seeking a prep cook/kitchen helper to assist with food prep, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. This role involves supporting cooks, following strict recipe standards, and ensuring food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients (e.g., washing, cutting, peeling).

Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Follow food safety practices and ensure proper food storage.

Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning tasks.

Support team with additional prep duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior kitchen experience is preferred.

Basic cooking skills, especially with deli items and seasonal produce.

Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.

Strong time management and communication skills.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
