The second shift - Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm; weekend production possible

Rapid 10 panel drug screen & background check. Use Checkr for Essential background check and instant drug screen primary. Use Deaconness Gibson as a backup if Checkr isn't available.

Pay - Up to $18.50

Job Duties:
\- Receive and process customer orders for transportation services
\- Coordinate with drivers and carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery times
\- Monitor the progress of shipments and provide updates to customers
\- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
\- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities
\- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
\- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments
\- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards

Job Skills:
\- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
\- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations
\- Familiarity with fleet management principles
\- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management or similar software
\- Understanding of shipping and receiving processes
\- Proficiency in using various phone systems
\- Knowledge of logistics and transportation management concepts
\- Ability to plan and coordinate transportation routes efficiently

\- Strong experience using Microsoft programs, especially Microsoft Excel
\- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
