    About the position:

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Experience with customer service and sales is valued, but not required

    Experience or familiarity with dispatching

    Schedule is Monday - Friday, with four days being 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and one flex-day being 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

    Ability to reliably commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave

    Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented

    Responsibilities

    Call and schedule customers

    Answer phones

    Completed administrative tasks (ex: data entry, scanning, filing, etc.)

    Assisting with dispatching routes for sales reps and technicians

    Process payments/collect card information
