    Compensation: $20-25/hr (commensurate with experience)

    *We will also consider applications from entry-level candidates starting at $16/hr

    What you’ll do

    We are growing fast and need a driven, reliable, and tech-savvy Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to keep operations running like clockwork. You’ll be the linchpin of our daily operations, connecting customers with the services they need while ensuring our Craftsmen are set up for success.

    You will wear multiple, crucial hats including that of:

    Customer Champion: Handle inbound/outbound calls, educate customers on our services, and present personalized solutions for each customers.

    Schedule Wizard: Constantly optimize the appointment schedule to guarantee maximum efficiency and revenue.

    Sales Partner: Confidently assist with pricing and estimates, helping customers see the value in our solutions and closing deals on the spot.

    Craftsman Connector: Match the right craftsman to the right project to create exceptional customer and Craftsman experiences.

    Operational Support: Provide logistical support for materials and scheduling to keep projects on track.

    What We’re Looking For:

    A reliable go-getter with a knack for organization and a passion for problem-solving. You thrive on creating order from chaos and enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

    Must-Haves:

    5+ years of customer service or administrative experience, with 2+ years in the trades

    2+ years of Service Titan experience (must have recent, demonstrable experience within the last two years)

    Demonstrated success in booking and scheduling

    Comfort with sales, pricing, and estimating (construction/handyman industry strongly preferred)

    Exceptional phone skills

    Strong organizations skills

    Tech-savvy commensurate with current platforms and systems

    Dependability: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ET availability

    Eligibility to work in the U.S.

    *Entry-level candidates with equivalent school and/or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.
