    The Service Dispatcher, under the supervision of the Office Manager, plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational aspects of the Service Department.

    Position Overview:

    As the Dispatch and Outreach Coordinator, you'll work under the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation and profitability of the Service Department while aligning with the company's strategic goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist the Office Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental resources and objectives.

    Assist the Marketing Manager with all marketing tasks.

    Schedule service jobs considering the complexity of the task and the capabilities of available technicians.

    Train field technicians in customer service, non-technical procedures, and sales and marketing techniques.

    Collaborate with Department Managers to support the Service Department's goals.

    Assist in resolving customer complaints and reporting incidents to the Office Manager.

    Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.

    Qualifications:

    Proven supervisory experience in customer service, preferably in HVACR contracting or building services.

    Negotiation skills to secure timely receipt of materials at competitive prices.

    Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse customer groups, HVACR personnel, suppliers, and the hearing impaired.

    Basic knowledge of HVACR technology and terminology.

    Sales skills to sell service jobs and contracts in writing, and over the phone.

    Understanding of relevant federal, state, and local regulations in the HVACR industry.

    Capacity to assist technicians with after-hours service calls.

    Valid state driver's license.
