DispatchHealth is looking for a DISPATCHHEALTH Medical Technician (DHMT) to provide EDUCATION & CLINICAL TRAINING SUPPORT and join our growing clinical education team.
The DHMT Education & Clinical Training Support teammate at DispatchHealth should be an experienced DHMT who is interested in professional growth. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Education and will collaborate with Operations and the Clinical Implementation teams. Time requirement: 40 hours a week (1 FTE); majority of the time is administrative, however, there is still an expectation to work clinically (as time allows) of approximately 2 - 4 shifts per month to stay connected to the field.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
DHMT EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Deliver standard office training and content for new market launches to groups of new employees. Travel Required.
Assist in creation of video/module training and building a remote curriculum for ‘Train the Trainer' and standardized, scalable DHMT Onboarding
Hold weekly “classroom” style training sessions for groups of trainees
Evaluate readiness for DHMT practice
Perform ‘Train the Trainer ‘and validate competencies for local markets on all DHMT processes:
New Market
Field/Car training
IV training
Skills Observation and Competency Validation
Provide and possess strong knowledge of Dispatch Health kits, POC tests, the daily operations and DHMT workflow
Train to all DispatchHealth's systems (Zizzl, ShiftAdmin, etc).
Become a certified N95 employee fit tester through DispatchHealth
Provide end to end Dashboard workflow training
Assist in Lab training and competencies with Clinical Operations
COMMUNICATION and Teamwork:

Ability to apply feedback to training style and to provide constructive feedback to trainees
Ability to follow a set curriculum and training plan developed by the education team and maintain consistency in process

Travel requirement: Must be able to travel 1-2 times per month for up to 7-10 days per travel assignment (all travel expenses are reimbursed by Dispatch)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DispatchHealth Medical Technician experience, minimum of 6 months preferred
Medical Technician with IV Certification preferred or strong IV skills
EMT - Basic Certification. Maintain Active EMT Certification in home state
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
BLS, American Heart Association
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2 years managerial experience preferred
Proficiency with use of the Dashboard
Recommendation/reference from Lead APP and a DHMT colleague
