As a 3 Mountains dispatcher, you ensure that the day moves forward efficiently and with 5-star service. The primary responsibilities of this role are to optimize our schedule by ensuring the right technician is matched with the right customer. In this role, you will constantly reach out to our customers before and after their appointment to ensure they have a great experience with our company. You will also stay in close contact with all technicians and share accurate information and stay updated on their progress.
