As a Dispatcher/CSR you will be the first point of contact for our customers and drivers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    Mon – Wed: 1500-0000

    Sat & Sun: 0400-1300

    Your Job Responsibilities as a Call Taker/CSR :

    • Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them
    • Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations
    • Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner
    • Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers
    • Must be able to think out of the box

    Skills of a Dispatcher/CSR: :

    • Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
    • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to run a multi-line phone system with numerous inbound and outbound phone calls
    • Ability to calmly handle and resolve driver disputes
    • Ability to work with two computer screens and multiple computer software programs simultaneously
