Dispatcher/ Freight Analyst – What You Will Do
You will work as part of the 4 person dispatch and analysis team, supporting 16 drivers with dispatching as well as oil and gas price monitoring.

Dispatcher/ Freight Analyst - Your Work Schedule
You will start your shift at midnight and work from midnight to 6am from your home. From 6am to noon, you will work in the office in Los Banos for the remainder of your shift.
You will work 12 hour shifts, 4 days per week, under a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule (this means that you may rotate to work some weekends).
Dispatcher/ Freight Analyst - Your Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is $23 to $24 per hour for the first 10 hours of your shift. You will also earn 2 hours of overtime each shift ($34.5 to $36 per hour) for the last 2 hours.
(Equivalent to weekly compensation $1,196 to $1,248 or approx. $64,000 annually.)
You will receive holiday pay on top of your normal hours if you happen to work on a holiday.
