SERVPRO Restoration Services of Pulaski & Laurel Counties is looking for a Dispatcher who can exemplify the following roles and responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL)

Perform excellent customer service

Receive general phone calls and greet visitors

Dispatch leads to appropriate management team

Analyze dispatch report

Help coordinate on-call schedule

Perform general administration

Be a great team member that lends a hand anytime she/he can

Compensation:

Starting pay rate $15/hour

Hours 10:00am-6:00pm

Please note that as business needs change you may be asked to assist with other tasks or duties

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Ability to pass drug screen

Ability to use Microsoft Suite of products, as well as internal cloud-based systems
