A.JOB SUMMARY Assist with daily necessities needed in transportation such as proper customer service, quick and efficient problem solving skills, understand and know the basics of transportation, dispatch and its process. B.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND CRITERIA Transportation Admin: Ability to quickly learn and understand CRO software. Assist with maintaining all transportation and driver files. Know the basics of Driver Qualification files, HOS Files, and DVIR Files. Ability to use all Microsoft Office tools and new software (subject to change). Excellent organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills. Great attention to detail and the ability to trouble shoot problems and manage conflicts in a timely manner with customers and drivers. Ability to adapt to an ever changing fast pace environment. MINIMUM of 2 years of experience in transportation (MUST include experience with ROLL-OFF TRUCKS) and knowledge of dispatch and third parties within the company. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Required to work varying hours, including some weekends (must be available 2 weekends per month)Must report to work in person. We do not offer remote work. Must be familiar with all transportation inquiries. Must have experience with computers and computer software. Punctuality is key; employee must be reliable and flexible. Must have the ability to be on call if needed in short notice. Primarily assist Dispatch Manager with anything that is needed in regards to transportation matters and available to adhere to any instructions given by any manager. (subject to change) Minimum of 2 years of book keeping, logistics, or management. Must be willing to travel to customer sites in Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles County when needed to do so. Be familiar with Southern California roads and freeways. Assist in answering dispatch telephone calls and voice mails in a timely manner and with great customer service. Must be able to Input data in for specific transportation excel and inquiry sheets Such as Blocked site list, Transportation Complaints, etc... (Subject to change). Scan & Email paperwork to third parties. Ability to quickly learn and be competent with various software programs Input orders / pick up request into CRO or other systems as required.

Ability to route in a timely manner and complete revisions in a timely manner as well. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 3.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals. 4.REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. 5.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Requires current California Drivers License and a clean driving record. Must be accepted by Titan Industrial Metal Insurance carrier as an insurable driver .
