We are seeking an dispatcher to join our team! You will perform clerical, administrative, and dispatching functions in order to drive company success. Position is NOT remote and does not provide paid time off, benefits, or holiday pay.
Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule appointments for supervisors and field technicians
Monitor and manage emails, correspondences faxes and forms for all customers
Source job materials and research new deals/suppliers
Maintain contact lists of all customer and vendors
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Invoicing and reconciling invoices
Quoting and creating estimates
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
