We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As a Dispatcher, you will manage and coordinate various transportation services, including Dial-a-Ride, NEMT, and public transit trips. You’ll utilize systems like Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and the MTI Tel Op System to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities as a Dispatcher:

• Provide professional and timely service to drivers, staff, and customers.
• Book and manage trips for Dial-a-Ride, Greeley Evans Transit, NEMT, and other special accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Log trip details in systems like Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and MTI Tel Op.
• Monitor reports and perform daily checks to ensure all bookings are accurate.
• Handle adjustments for weather, accidents, and vehicle trips as needed.
• Manage account-specific trips , ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and staff to relay and update trip details.
