Forget the pains of corporate office culture and red tape • Town Hall Meetings & Offsite Activities: Engage with the team through fun offsite activities like axe throwing, golf, and laser tag Responsibilities: • Source qualified buyers and cultivate strong customer relationships to expand the buyers' list • Analyze industry trends to help guide pricing strategies and optimize company profitability • Administer and oversee properties in accordance with established policies to maximize sales • Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and nurture strong connections • Generate periodic reports regarding sales performance • Continually monitor properties and track the progress of sales • Construct and execute plans to increase the company's return on investment • Manage all data in the CRM system • Update the CRM database with new information and daily progress • Perform any other duties as needed Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role must have: • At least one year of real estate experience • Hold a valid real estate license for either Massachusetts or New Hampshire • Strong communication skills • At least one year of experience in the real estate industry • The capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle Compensation: $60,000+ Commission based yearly salary
