    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hotel Distribution Analyst to support the distribution team in maintaining the landscape of systems and technologies across the independent portfolio at HHM Hotels. In this role, you will assist with managing the ticketing support system and have an integral part of implementing and auditing best practices and standards as it relates to GDS, OTAs, FIT, CRS, PMS, RMS, and any new and emerging technologies that benefit the hotel industry. The Distribution Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of revenue management and reservation systems, including Duetto Revenue Management System, iHotelier Central Reservation System, Synxis Central Reservation System, Opera Property Management System, and Infor HMS Property Management System. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing technical support and optimizing system performance to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. HHM Hotels Benefits and Perks • Competitive wages for full-time and part-time opportunities • Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Insurance • Paid Time Off • 401(k) Company Match • Free Basic Life Insurance • Travel Discounts • Commuter Transit and Commuter Parking Benefits • Employee Assistance and Wellness Program • Educational/Professional Development • Referral Bonus Program Responsibilities: Your Focus • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems, specifically in channel and segmentation data. • Manage a ticketing support system to log, track, and prioritize incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with all parties involved. • Conduct regular audits of revenue management and reservation systems, including Duetto Revenue Management System, iHotelier Central Reservation System, Synxis Central Reservation System and Infor HMS Property Management System, to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration between different platforms. • Provide training and support to hotel staff on the effective use of reservation and revenue management systems, including best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting techniques. • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to facilitate ongoing system support and user education. • Generate reports and performance metrics to evaluate system performance, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ticket resolution, system uptime, and user satisfaction. • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and optimize system configurations to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. • Conduct promotional audits to ensure compliance and accuracy with Ecommerce efforts. Qualifications: Your Background and Skills • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field. • Familiarity with ticketing support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and experience managing support queues and prioritizing tasks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions. • Proficiency in Duetto Revenue Management System, iHotelier Central Reservation System, and Infor HMS Property Management System is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in system auditing and documentation. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
