    Responsibilities:

    · Oversee and lead a district of multiple salon locations

    · Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of opportunity for improvement

    · Lead and motivate the salon leadership team and employee

    · Provide guidance and support to salon managers to help them achieve their goals

    · Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives Manage profit and loss for the district, to ensure financial targets are met Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions

    · Stay updated on industry trends and competitor sales initiatives

    Qualifications:

    · Associate's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

    · Proven experience in sales, project management, or business development

    · Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    · Ability to travel within the district as needed
