    Job Summary

    As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives within a designated geographic area. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, meet targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and team management.

    Responsibilities

    • 75% car travel

    • Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic sales plans

    • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

    • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients

    • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking - Implement and oversee territory management strategies

    • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships

    • Utilize sales management software to track progress and optimize performance

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare

    • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills

    • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights

    • Proficiency in sales management software is a plus

    • Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing sales

    • Familiarity with territory management practices

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: 70,000 -80,000
