Job Summary
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives within a designated geographic area. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, meet targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and team management.
Responsibilities
75% car travel
Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategic sales plans
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling and networking - Implement and oversee territory management strategies
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client relationships
Utilize sales management software to track progress and optimize performance
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Proficiency in sales management software is a plus
Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing sales
Familiarity with territory management practices
