This sales management role is positioned in beautiful northern Wisconsin, surrounded by lakes and woods and a strong sales team. Responsibilities: • Keep the district growing by recruiting, hiring, and developing new agents on their path to manage their own insurance agencies • Support successful agents in their continued drive for excellence • Evaluate sales performance and coach for continuous improvement • Support our company sales strategies and sales objective to hit goals • Consult reports to monitor objectives, influence agent activity, and identify opportunities & challenges Qualifications: • Follows through on commitments • Displays a can-do attitude • Takes personal responsibilities for decisions, actions, accountability • Establishes and maintains effective customer (internal & external) relationships • Has a record of exceeding goals successfully • Implements ideas that improve processes and performance • Technically skilled in insurance sales; with a successful track record in property/casualty and life insurance • Constantly achieves results, even under tough circumstances • Thoughtfully develops others through coaching, feedback, and exposure • Considers all relevant factors and uses appropriate decision-making criteria and principles • Property/Casualty insurance sales license • Series 6, 26, and 63 Securities licenses or ability/commitment to obtain those licenses within 6 months of becoming District Manager • Must live in or be willing to relocate to within the sales district • Previous agency ownership or insurance management/leadership experience preferred
