    • 5 years of experience in seed sales.
    • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
    • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
    • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proven track record of sales success and business growth.

    Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000 per year, plus commission. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
