All staff must be comfortable swimming and working with individuals in the water.

We are looking for positive, outgoing, and professional individuals with a desire to serve their community.

Candidates must have diving experience as a coach, instructor, and or athlete.

Most of the instruction will take place on the deck, but instructors may be required to dive and swim occasionally in order to demonstrate skills.
