    SUMMARY This role is responsible for overseeing administrative functions within a specific division of our organization while also managing statistical data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes in the nonprofit sector.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Within the scope of the program policies and procedures, are as follows:

    Provide administrative support to the division leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications.

    Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes and procedures to streamline divisional operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to the division's programs, services, and initiatives.

    Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data relevant to the division's objectives, including program participation, outcomes, and impact.

    Design and implement data collection methods, surveys, and evaluation tools to gather quantitative and qualitative information from stakeholders.

    Collaborate with program managers and staff to ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and validation.

    Conduct statistical analyses using appropriate software tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.

    Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders, including division leadership, board members, funders, and partners.

    Monitor and evaluate program performance against established goals, targets, and benchmarks, and recommend adjustments or improvements as needed.

    Stay abreast of best practices, methodologies, and emerging trends in statistical analysis and data management within the nonprofit sector, and apply relevant strategies to enhance our division's effectiveness.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, social sciences, public administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

    Proven experience in administrative support and statistical analysis, preferably in a nonprofit or research setting.

    Proficiency in statistical software tools such as SPSS, R, SAS, or similar programs, as well as Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, entry, and analysis.

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.

    Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
