Qualifications: • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. • Minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in Florida, specifically within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. • Member in good standing with the Florida Bar. • Experienced in working with a dedicated paralegal to maximize productivity. • Skilled in legal research tools such as Westlaw/Lexis and proficient in Microsoft Office. • Strong decision-making, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity, guiding clients toward constructive solutions. Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000+ yearly DOE
