Responsibilities: • Compiling case file information and documents • Organizing digital files and verifying case information • Being familiar with relevant statutes, case law, and other pertinent material • Articulate written and oral communication • Engaging clients and others with emotional intelligence • Prepare legal documents and correspondence with careful attention to detail • Complete, effective, timely filings and service • Timely completion of all tasks Qualifications: • 4+ years of Family Law paralegal experience • Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with MS Word and Excel • Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure • A professional demeanor is a must Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
