    You must ATLEAST 18 years of age to apply for this position.

    SUMMARY : Answer phone calls/emails assisting guest with any questions and requests. Welcome all guests providing customer service while maintaining a clean workspace in the office. Maintain cash register handling in workspace. To manage the overall daily operation of Marina and to ensure a positive work environment.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Welcoming Guest
    • Operating a register
    • Maintain a clean workspace
    • Helping guest with reservations
    • Maintain Inventory
    • Maintain Bathrooms
    • Maintain Trash and Parking lots
    • Ring up fuel and all merchandise
    • Answer phone calls/emails
    • Basic Math
    • Telephone Etiquette
    • Must be able to read and write
    • Must have some computer skills
    • Multitask
    • Assist guests with pump outs
    • Assist guests with fuel pumps

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position has no supervisor responsibilities.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    Prior customer service and cash register handling experience preferred.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
