******Position Overview and Responsibilities

At Sentral, we are building a team of people-first focused individuals who thrive on going above and beyond. Ideal candidates will exemplify a can-do attitude, a growth mindset, and an entrepreneurial drive. Successful candidates will be proactive, solution-oriented, and have strong ownership of their work. The Dockmaster will manage the general operation of the loading dock area, assisting tenants and maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the dock and back of house area facilities.

T his is an in-person position located on-site of the property.

What You'll Do:

• Uphold Sentral's standards, best practices, policies and procedures, and value of excellence in customer service
• Provide communication for all deliveries coming into the loading docks
• Maintain cleanliness of Docks as necessary
• Provide contractors, tenants, and vendors loading dock access
• Move wheeled trash barrels from trash rooms throughout the building and loading dock areas into pick up locations
• Empty trash and cardboard containers into compactors and operate compactors
• Sweep and operate power scrubber to clean service corridor floors
• Operate pressure washing equipment
• Sweep and mop trash room floors
• Ensure the overall safety of the immediate work area as well as the surrounding areas
• Always provide outstanding internal and external guest services
• Follow all safety protocols set in place from security when delivering trucks enter the loading dock
• Provide support and assistance to team members and other departments as requested
• Perform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned

_Skills and Experience _

• Previous dock experience a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work variable and/or rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to safely perform the physical tasks involved with lifting, sweeping, mopping, driving and operating power custodial equipment
