    Qualifications:

    • Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
    • Licensure: Active state dental license.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in dental procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.).
      • Interpretation of dental X-rays and diagnostic tools.
      • Knowledge of current dental techniques and technologies.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
      • Strong communication skills to manage diverse patient populations and alleviate anxiety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive dental exams and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Diagnose and treat oral diseases (e.g., tooth decay, gum disease).
    • Perform restorative and surgical procedures, including fillings, crowns, and extractions.
    • Provide preventive care and educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
    • Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
    • Address dental emergencies promptly and effectively.
