    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking a highly qualified Document Control Manager to oversee critical documentation processes within our organization.

    The Document Control Manager will be responsible for the following crucial tasks:

    • Oversee and direct all aspects of records management and document control activities for the office or department, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive company policies and procedures for document control, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and security.
    • Strategically assign and meticulously review office activities, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain operational excellence.
    • Coordinate and optimize administrative workload distribution to maximize productivity and ensure timely completion of all documentation tasks.
    • Manage project personnel administration activities with precision, ensuring all staffing needs are met and team members are effectively utilized.
    • Serve as the primary liaison for administrative functions, maintaining professional relationships with clients, vendors, and the public to uphold the company's reputation.
    • Utilize extensive experience and sound judgment to strategically plan and achieve organizational goals related to document control and records management.
    • Provide leadership and direction to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in document management practices.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum requirements:

    • Bachelors degree plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Experience with document management on programs.
    • Experience with management of program and project roles, user management.
