ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proficient document and quality control administrator to work alongside our Career Matchmaking team to assist them with preparing candidate packages for submission to client.
This will include resume and project list adjustments for accuracy and appearance. Maintaining order and consistent structure within the document workflow process including storage and retrieval of documents within the CRM (software platform). The ideal candidate will love correcting and organizing documents for effectiveness, accuracy and efficiency.
ROLE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES
- Documentation from draft to completion using Word and Adobe PDF.
- Maintaining proper documentation within a CRM and server.
- English written communication and grammar.
- Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word. Uploading and saving documents to a CRM and server.
- Respect for details; ability to execute accurately at a high level without excess supervision.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Culture Champion. Creates and fosters a welcoming, collaborative, fun and productive environment.
- Proven ability to contribute in a high-paced work environment consistently and positively with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability.
- Resourcefulness in finding information and answers from within and outside the company without prompting or micromanagement. Recognizing opportunities for improvement and taking initiative is key.
