Job Description: Design Engineer

Overview:
Seeking a skilled Design Engineer to support Engineering and Sales by creating 3D models, updating drawings, and compiling Operations and Maintenance Manuals for sludge dewatering equipment. Ideal candidates will have experience in mechanical design.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models and fabrication drawings for equipment.
• Assist Sales with equipment and layout drawings for proposals.
• Develop ads and social media content for Sales and Marketing.
• Design systems and components using AutoCAD and Inventor software.
• Document engineering designs and compile technical materials for submittals and O&M manuals.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs for manufacturability and cost.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or project engineering, with machine design experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical components, drafting, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
