Responsible for managing company-wide documentation, records, and training materials. Acts as the primary administrator for the Electronic Content Management (ECM) and Training Management systems. Supports the Quality Management System (QMS) administratively, with no direct production responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Records
Develops and maintains procedures and training materials
Assists staff with documentation creation
Ensures production records are complete and compliant
Manages both paper and digital documentation systems
Electronic Content Management (ECM)
Administers and supports the Epicor ECM system
Manages new document/record types and ECM functionality (e.g., approvals, e-signatures)
Coordinates with ERP system admins for integration and improvements
Training Management
Oversees the Training Management System
Collaborates with supervisors on training program development and updates
Ensures training content aligns with job roles and is kept current
Delivers training sessions and develops assessments to measure effectiveness
Additional Duties:

Qualifications:
Strong background in manufacturing processes and document control
Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experienced in good documentation practices
Able to interact across all organizational levels
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Education & Experience:
College diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of document control experience
Work Environment:
Occasional exposure to mechanical equipment, wet/humid conditions, and airborne particles
Moderate to high noise levels requiring use of safety gear
Physical Requirements:
Frequent walking, standing, and use of hands
Must be able to lift 10–15 lbs
