  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Documentum Development Specialist to join our team with the job location to be o n-site at WMATA premises in Alexandria, VA or New Carrolton, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Documentum-based content management systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality for our organization.

    • Building and configuring automated IT solutions using Documentum, Captiva, and other IT
      platforms as applicable to import the identified content from various systems while working
      closely with the WMATA Document Configuration Managers and WMATA-IT Applications
      Manager;

    • Configure and develop applications and modules that involve all the following technologies
      including but not limited to: Java, J2EE, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, html5, css3, TypeScript, Spring
      MVC, Spring Boot, Bootstrap, Material Design, node.js,

    • Provide development and technical support to the Enterprise Content & Information Management
      client applications from Documentum. This would include all the OOTB applications in
      Documentum, including but not limited to Documentum D2, Documentum Webtop, Documentum
      D2 mobile, Documentum xCP;

    • Provide development and technical support to the Enterprise Content & Information Management
      products such a OpenText Brava, Content Transformation Services, Process Engine, Workflow
      Manager, Documentum Xplore, Documentum Content Server, Process Developer, Index Agent,
      Documentum connector to SharePoint;

    • Administer, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application and web servers including but not
      limited to: Apache Tomcat, Apache Server, Weblogic Server;

    • Provide development and technical support requests from Project Design and Configuration
      Management Office (DCMO); and

    • Provide technical support to the Enterprise Content and Information Management products such
      as Captiva Capture, Intelligent Capture, Advanced Recognition, Captiva Administration, Image
      Converter, Image Processing, Code Modules, Standard Import/Export Modules, Scanplus, Custom
      scripting modules, Advanced Recognition Designer.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in using Documentum, Captiva, and other IT platforms as applicable to import the
      identified content from various systems;

    • Must be very proficient with import/export operations from network drives, hard drives, and
      emails to Documentum client applications; and

    • Ability to translate technical observations/requirements to business managers.

    • Experience with Document repositories and working with databases preferred

    • Experience with .MS .net (c#/VB) programming, Experience with SQL for (reporting) preferred

    • Working knowledge of SQL statements preferred

    Additional Information

    Proposed Salary: $80 - 120 k annual

    Sheladia Associates, Inc. has made the best effort to accurately represent the pay range for this position, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and any applicable cost of living data relevant to the position/candidate.
