    Job Summary Are you a pet lover with a passion for customer service? If so, we’d like to hear from you! We are seeking an outgoing and organized individual to be a Dog Daycare Associate at our daycare. As an Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our dogs and customers. You will greet pet owners and check in pets, schedule appointments, process payments, and generally ensure that our shop is a welcoming place.

    Candidates must love dogs and be willing to go above and beyond for these magnificent creatures.

    The right candidate will enjoy themselves and it won't even feel like work if they love animals.

    Candidates interested in making this a career. We have many growth opportunities.

    We prefer experienced candidates but Will Train candidates if their heart is in the right place.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    -Able to work periodic weekends AND HOLIDAYS.

    -Extremely reliable (this means you rarely/never miss a day of work), mature, and responsible.

    -Friendly, confident, outgoing personality.

    -Ability to react and respond professionally to any emergency situation or customer problem.

    -Love for animals

    -The ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.

    Responsibilities

    Greet owners as they arrive

    Check-in animals for their appointments

    Collect and confirm pet and owner information

    Answer phones

    Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments

    Process payments

    Other administrative duties, as assigned

    Qualifications

    Excellent customer service skills

    Effective communication with clients and coworkers

    Comfortable working with a variety of animals

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology
