Job Summary

We are seeking a dog caregiver to join our team! As a dog caregiver, you will spend your days tending to the animals under our care, including following guidelines for feeding, refilling water bowls, and offering treats and companionship. You will also be responsible for ensuring the environment is clean and safe for all the animals and walking or socializing animals as needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with all types of animals, can work on their feet for long periods, and can work well in a team environment. Loves Dogs!!!!! Must have at least two years of experience in working with dogs professionally.

Responsibilities

Follow guidelines to feed all types of animals, ensuring the proper dietary procedures are followed

Clean and maintain pet enclosures so that every animal under your care has a safe, healthy living environment

Socialize and exercise animals under your care as needed

Interact with the animals, providing a positive human experience

Maintain proper records of all animals and care given throughout your shift

Qualifications

Must be comfortable working with animals of all sizes and types

Must be comfortable working on your feet for long periods

Familiarity with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office suite

Travel radius no more than 45 minutes from job location

Must have at least two years of experience in working with dogs professionally.
