MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for loading and unloading produce from trucks, containers, or rail cars. Trained and qualified to operate a forklift, certification preferred.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- English skills required
- Must possess a valid drivers’ license with a good driving record
- Ability to organize materials and Finished product, attention to detail and basic skills
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
- A forklift driving test will be given prior to an oral interview
- Must have proven record of punctuality and attendance
- Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- (NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS DISABILITIES ACT) Must be able to lift 70 pounds safely.
