    POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field Valid Driver’s License Experience Required: 3-5 years in Related Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

    Credentialing Required: 40 Hour Domestic Violence Training

    Skills Needed:

    Work autonomously and productively

    Highly organized, strong attention to detail

    Problem Solver, team member and sound judgement

    Must have the ability to create a comprehensive plan and follow through on each detail. This person must be highly organized, have excellent relationship building skills and experience, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

    SUMMARY: Coordinate and assure continuity of services necessary for a client’s success in shelter through family case management. These services include but are not limited to assessment of immediate needs, coordination of services, referrals, monitoring and advocacy to assist clients in gaining access to appropriate services.
