We are looking for a talented and passionate Donut/Pastry Cook to join our team and help us deliver the freshest, most creative treats in town.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce high-quality brioche donuts, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and brand standards.

Handle dough preparation, proofing, frying, glazing, and decorating with precision and consistency.

Ensure all products meet visual and flavor quality expectations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and kitchen area.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of baking supplies, ensuring timely restocking.

Operate and maintain baking equipment and tools effectively and safely.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Contribute to the creation of seasonal and specialty pastries.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and on-time product delivery.

Participate in quality control checks and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a pastry cook, baker, or similar role preferred.

Knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and pastry preparation.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing visually appealing, delicious products.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Passion for creativity and willingness to experiment with new flavors and designs.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
