🚪 Door-to-Door Sales Person

We seek a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. In this role, you will engage directly with potential customers, distribute marketing materials, and set appointments to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

🚶‍♂️ Door-to-Door Sales & Distribution: Follow the provided instructions to walk through assigned neighborhoods, engage in direct sales conversations, set appointments, and distribute door hangers on residential doors. A minimum of two appointments per week is required.

🗺️ Route Adherence: Follow designated delivery routes to ensure all targeted homes are served.

📅 Appointment Scheduling: After setting an appointment with the prospective customer, report back to the office to schedule it in our calendar. Collect information from them about their flooring requirements. Sales Commission is paid for each appointment booked.

📦 Inventory Management: Properly manage the supply of printed materials and report any shortages.

📊 Data Collection: Record basic data such as the number of doors reached or areas covered.

⚖️ Compliance: Understand and follow local laws regarding door-to-door advertising.

Qualifications:

🏃‍♂️ Physical Stamina: Comfortable walking long distances and standing for extended periods.

🚗 Reliable Transportation: Willing to use your car and receive reimbursement for gas expenses.

📱 Mobile Software Proficiency: Willing to use your cell phone to install mapping software for route tracking.

🔍 Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions, visit all routes as planned, and accurately distribute all marketing materials.

⏰ Reliability: Consistently show up on time and complete assigned routes.

🗣️ Communication Skills: Ability to interact politely with residents, collect their flooring needs, and set appointments for flooring quotes.
