Rolling Suds Power Washing Professionals is a premier provider of high-quality power washing services for both commercial and residential properties. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our door-to-door sales team and drive revenue growth across our service territories.
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Door-to-Door Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing team of sales representatives. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish performance metrics, and ensure the team achieves its revenue targets while representing our brand with the highest level of professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, train, and develop a team of door-to-door sales representatives
Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both commercial and residential markets
Establish clear performance metrics and monitor team progress
Conduct regular field coaching and ride-alongs to improve sales techniques
Develop targeted territory plans to maximize team efficiency and market penetration
Lead by example through personal sales activity and demonstrations
Design and conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions
Create and refine sales scripts, presentation materials, and closing techniques
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales collateral and support materials
Manage CRM implementation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex sales scenarios
Report on team performance and provide forecasts to executive leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in door-to-door, home services, or B2B environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience building and leading high-performance sales teams
Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance management
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Knowledge of the power washing industry or property maintenance services a plus
