🔹 What You’ll Do:

Work independently as a 1099 contractor, knocking doors using a targeted list of addresses

Promote mosquito and general pest control services to homeowners

Sign up new customers and explain the benefits of recurring treatments

Upsell add-on services like general pest control, rodent, fire ant, and flea/tick protection

Track leads, schedule appointments, and follow up as needed

Commission Structure:

$150 commission per new customer, paid in 3 parts across their first 3 continuous treatments

$50 flat commission per upsell (e.g., general pest, rodent, fire ant service)

Weekly bonus opportunities for top performers

Who We're Looking For:

Confident, outgoing, and motivated to make money

Enjoys being outdoors and talking to people

Has a smartphone and reliable transportation

Experience in sales or canvassing is helpful—but not required

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
