Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub North is currently hiring full and part time dough production positions.

Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub has two locally owned locations. One is on the north side of Spokane and the other is in Liberty Lake.

Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub features house-made pizza dough and a fresh salad bar. We offer unique and well-loved pizza combinations to share whenever. We think whenever should be always!

Pay range for position: $16.28 to $26.50 per hour - DOE

Responsibilities/Duties

Follow all policies and procedures

On time and attend all meetings

Ensure that all food products and menu items meet company recipe specifications for preparation and quality

Ensure proper packing, organization and preparation of skins for delivery

Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and side work

Maintain cleanliness

Ensure sanitation and food safety procedures, regulations and laws are strictly followed

Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of incident, injury and food handling related issues

Skills/Experience

Washington State Food Worker Card (WSFWC).

Two (2) years previous dough production/baking experience in a professional and fast paced environment preferred

Willing to work a flexible schedule and weekends

Ability to multitask efficiently

Familiar with kitchen equipment and appliances

Strong work ethic, reliable, aware of the details

Team player with a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Ability to lift 50+ pounds
