Our Service Desk Representatives at our Downtown Ridge location provide an outstanding experience to our customers and work to provide a safe, clean, and happy environment for all.     Requirements:

    High School Diploma

    Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events

    Community CPR/AED or higher, within the first 90 days of employment

    Experience:

    Preferred minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a barista, or another service industry

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift

    Be able to use basic computer skills

    Be able to recognize and greet our member’s by name

    Answer multiple phone lines, be able to transfer, and leave voicemails as necessary

    Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies

    Keep equipment and gym space maintained and cleaned

    Basic knowledge of membership sign up and membership changes and alterations

    Multi-tasking is a priority

    General Responsibilities:

    Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner

    Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our member’s best interests

    Maintain a positive attitude while working with members and staff

    Demonstrate qualities of leadership, responsibility, and maturity

    Alert supervisor of any current or potential problems

    Be able to comprehend instructions and information

    Have the people skills necessary to work effectively with the members and fellow employees
