Dr. Schulze's American Botanical Pharmacy is seeking Part-time and Full-time CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES for our Inbound Call Center in Marina Del Rey. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently provide a great customer care experience
• Answer inbound phone calls that build strong customer relationships and loyalty
• Demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills
• Master product knowledge in order to provide the highest quality customer care

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills to properly answer incoming calls from customers
• Ability to work a set schedule which may include evenings up to 7:00 PM and a weekend day
• Interest in Health & Wellness (highly desired)
