Job Description

The Drafter/CAD Operator responsible for creating detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation using advanced CAD software, often working on complex projects with minimal supervision, requiring a deep understanding of design principles and the ability to collaborate with engineers to produce precise and accurate drawings while ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shall possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work independently.
• One (1) year experience working in a professional office setting.
• Must be proficient with computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365) to perform support functions in production control.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate and resolve complex communication or logistical related issues.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in a field of study related to Draftsman or CAD operation.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working as a Drafter/CAD Operator.

Additional Information

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
• Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
