    Job Description

    Olsson offers clients a full spectrum of water services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As a Drafting Intern on our Water Resources team, you will provide assistance to engineers and designers using AutoCAD, GIS/ArcMap, and various modeling software. You will contribute to project production sheets by adding dimension/layout plans and title/detail sheets. Project work may be related to hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stormwater and flood control management, floodplain management, scour and erosion control, watershed management planning, and groundwater modeling.

    • Pursuing an associate degree in computer aided design drafting
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
