    Summary of Responsibilities

    Play a pivotal role in shaping a diverse range of projects. Collaborate directly with the firm's principal on drafting and design tasks, including developing plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details. Your responsibilities will also encompass site visits, surveys, and client interactions. We're looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for architecture, a strong eagerness to learn and grow, and a proactive, resourceful approach to multitasking. The ability to hand sketch and effectively communicate concepts is essential. If you're ready to contribute both independently and as part of a collaborative team, we want to meet you.

    Essential Functions

    • Interpret sketches, drawings, codes, and building programs.
    • Contribute to design development through sketches, computer models, and diagrams.
    • Create 3D models using SketchUp or other technologies.
    • Research concepts, benchmarks, materials, zoning ordinances, and code requirements.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Bachelor of Architecture
    • 3 years working in an architectural office.
    • Proficiency with 2D AutoCAD including the use of X-Refs
    • Proficiency with SketchUp.
    • Extensive knowledge of Photoshop
    • Basic knowledge of architectural building systems
    • Able to interpret sketches, drawings, building programs and other similar material.

        Compensation 

        • $55,000+ based on experience
        • Nine (9) Paid Holidays
        • Personal Time Off (PTO)

        • IRA with employer contributions up to 15% of annual salary
