We are seeking a detailed oriented individual to work directly with our installation lead which sometimes includes one of the owners.

Compensation:

$21.00 to $23.50 per hour for beginners.

$24.00 to $26.50 with some previous experience.

$27.00 to $30.00 per hour for qualified installers. (Portfolio - photographs of projects you have completed will be requested).

Daily work entails reaching heights on a 4ft to 6ft ladder however, there are installs that require taller ladders. Applicants must be comfortable with heights and working on such equipment. The position requires applicants to be able to lift 40 to 50 pounds. Installation of curtain hardware and window treatments require experience with tools and screw types. For example cordless drivers, tape measure and all types of fasteners. If you are handy or have other trade experience the rest will come naturally. The right candidate will become a expert measurer - installer if not already.

A professional attitude is expected with the willingness to learn and understand our customers’ needs/wants.

Since driving to and from job sites is a daily occurrence, the candidate must have a license an be an insurable driver. Most of the time the candidate will be working with a lead installer however, there is room to grow the position and work alone or with an assistant depending on one’s experience.

The current position offered equates to 30 to 40 hours a week. General work happens within the hours of 8A.M. – 5P.M,. It is rare if an 8 hour day is exceeded however, we do pay overtime.
